Qadiyaniyat is not a religion but it is nefarious platform of promotion of disorder & anarchy: Liaqat Baloch

ISLAMABAD, March 28 (SABAH): Acting Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Liaqat Baloch has said that Qadiyaniyat is not a religion but it is nefarious platform of promotion of disorder and anarchy.

Liaqat Baloch expressed these views while talking to media persons after hearing of review petitions against verdict of Mubarak Ahmed Sani case in the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday. He further said the Constitution and laws are very clear but Qadiyani don’t follow the Constitution and laws which is why they are root of disorder and anarchy in the society. If they follow Constitution and law then Qadiyani would deserve all the rights of minorities, he added.

He said that month of Ramadan trains Muslims to remain steadfast in obeying orders of Quran and Sunnah. Islamic teachings and orders of Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) and Quran are final and a source of betterment of the human beings. Refusal from Finality of the Prophethood and Quran is basically refusal from Islam, he said and added all are agreed on the definition of Muslim and non-Muslim in the Constitution of Pakistan. He said the verdict of Supreme Court has created a number of reservations.

It is heartening that Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faez Isa in the review petition has adopted a better way of taking guidance from religious parties, religious institutions and religious scholars, he said. He added the Constitution and laws are very clear but Qadiyani don’t follow them which is why they are apple of discord.

Liaqat Baloch said the rulers, state institutions and constitutional institutions should know that on belief of finality of prophet-hood, the Muslims would not compromise. He said the people expect that Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa would compensate the reservations created from the verdict.

Liaqat Baloch said that meeting between Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chief Justice of Pakistan is being held in such a time that politics, courts, judges and justice system are under pressure as letter of six judges of high court has opened a Pandora box. He said now the nation is waiting that legislator and judiciary should give a roadmap to end this pressure.

Later on Jamaat-e-Islami delegation headed by Liaqat Baloch and including Dr. Farid Ahmed Piracha and Asif Luqman Qazi visited embassy of China in Islamabad and expressed grief over terror attack resulting into killing of Chinese nationals.
