Case should be registered on defaming judges of superior courts, application submitted to FIA

ISLAMABAD, May 6 (SABAH): Advocate High Court, Raza Wadood Qureshi has officially submitted application to the Director General, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Islamabad and the Director, Cyber Crime Circle, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Islamabad that from past week a proper organized mala fide campaign has been launched on social media and national media to damage the reputation of judges of superior courts of Pakistan. The data’s access was only to NADRA and FIA. Some officers of government institution are involved in the data leak.

The most disturbing thing is that the personal and private data of a judge and his family has been leaked and shared on the social media, later on aired on national media.

There are some V loggers of Youtube who are continuously trying to damage the reputation of some other judges of superior courts of Pakistan. This all mala fide campaign against the judges of superior courts disturb the working of judicial system and trust of the general public in the rule of law in Pakistan.

Being related to the judicial system of Pakistan as bench and bar are two main stakeholders in judicial system. “I personally have faced depression and damage due to this organized mala fide campaign, it is here by requested to launch a FIR and investigate in the above mentioned issue as some government official’s involved in the data leak of the judge and his family otherwise it was impossible to hold the access of such personal and private data.”

The V loggers are also damaging the reputation on you tube following the agenda to harm the judicial system. This is a serious issue which needs to be probed in, FIR should be launched and proper investigation should be done to punish the culprits.
