Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan sends second shipment of relief goods for Afghan earthquake victims


PESHAWAR, June 29 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan with collaboration of Pak-Afghan Operation Forum on Wednesday has sent more five truckloads of relief goods and edible items for earthquake victims of Khost and Paktika provinces of Afghanistan.

Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Khalid Waqas before the departure of trucks informed the media that Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan sending second shipment of relief goods for earthquake victim Afghan brothers, adding that Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has sent 30 million relief goods to support victims in Khost and Paktika provinces.

Our volunteer teams already had reached in earthquake hit areas and after survey relief goods being sent, Khalid Waqas said adding that doctors and paramedics also would be sent to those areas soon.

Khalid Waqas appealed philanthropists to support Alkhidmat Foundation for assistance of Afghan people who are spending their day and night without any shelter.

Manager Alkhidmat Foundation Disaster Management Program Asif Iqbal, Media Manager KPK region Noorul Wahid Jadoon were also present on the occasion.
