Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan sends first convoy of 13 trucks of aid assistance for victims of Gaza, Palestine


RAWALPINDI, Oct 23 (SABAH): First convoy of 13 trucks of aid assistance for victims of Gaza, Palestine by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has been sent.

Central Secretary General of welfare organization Syed Waqas Anjum Jafri while talking to media persons said that aid assistance and relief luggage contain eatables, delivery kits, medicines, kits of health protection and other important equipment of daily-use items.

He further said that they are sending this aid assistance through National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to Gaza and continued that Alkhidmat has been these services since October 7 with the cooperation of international partners. He further said that at present relief operation is underway as Gaza is badly being pushed towards human crisis where there is dire need of water, ration and aid assistance.

Alkhidmat Foundation, he said that it is continuing its services with the cooperation of international organization while utilizing the available resources. In the hospitals, patients and schools, the cook meal is being served whereas the locals have been provided with dry ration and medicines are being provided in the hospitals.

Syed Waqas Anjum Jafri made it clear that Alkhidmat Foundation till now has provided aid assistance valuing Rs 150 million while further Rs 500 have been allocated for the affected people of Gaza.

In the first phase, Alkhidmat Foundation provided the important equipment to the affectees through the internal resources in Gaza while partner organization assistance is just going to be provided to the victims.

Syed Waqas Anjum Jafri finally said that services of Alkhidmat Foundation are valued across the world. At present, the victims in Gaza are under open sky and waiting for the assistance.
