Zardari congratulates Claudia Sheinbaum on her historic election as first woman President of Mexico

ISLAMABAD, June 5 (SABAH): President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has congratulated Claudia Sheinbaum on her historic election as the first woman President of Mexico.

“ I’m proud to share that ShaheedMohtarma Benazir Bhutto was the first woman Prime Minister of the Muslim World, who struggled for democracy and women empowerment,” he said

“Looking forward to further strengthening our bilateral ties under your leadership,best wishes for your success and the prosperity of Mexico,” he added.
