Yousaf Raza Gilani extends warm felicitations to the people, parliament & govt of Canada on the occasion of Canada Day 

ISLAMABAD, July 02 (SABAH): Makhdoom Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Chairman Senate of Pakistan, extended warm felicitations to the people, parliament and government of Canada on the occasion of Canada Day. 

In his message, the Chairman Senate said that Pakistan and Canada enjoy cordial relations based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation. He acknowledged the significant contributions made by the Canadian people to international peace, stability, and development, particularly in the fields of healthcare, education, and disaster relief.

The Chairman Senate also commended Canada’s commitment to human rights, democracy, and the promotion of international peace and security. He expressed hope that the two countries would continue to work together to address global challenges and promote shared values of democracy, equality and justice.
