Writ of the state will not be allowed to diminish anywhere in the country: Rana Sanaullah
ISLAMABAD, June 21 (SABAH): Advisor to Prime Minister on Inter-Provincial Coordination Rana Sanaullah Khan on Friday met with the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi to discuss matters related to KP provinces.
Rana Sanaullah Khan said that the federal government will provide full support to the KP provincial government, adding that all issues can be resolved amicably through dialogue and mutual consultation. He said that protest is a fundamental and constitutional right of every citizen, but no political agenda can be allowed to be pursued under its cover. The writ of state will not be allowed to diminish anywhere in the country. The anarchy and chaos will prevail if crime of challenging state writ goes unpunished. “Action should be taken against those who are trying to stand against the state”.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has lagged behind all other provinces due to mismanagement over the past decade. He said that the present provincial government is challenging the writ of the state for nefarious purposes. He urged to support the provincial government for the welfare of the people. He further said that there is a need to introduce youth games in KP universities and to revive first-class cricket, which has been dormant for the last 15 years. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cricket League will be launched as soon as possible, he added.
