Wife of, Chairman Relief Organization for Kashmiri Muslim Maulana Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri, laid to rest in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD, Jan 23 (SABAH): Wife of, Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Chairman Relief Organization for Kashmiri Muslim Maulana Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri, was laid to rest in Islamabad on Sunday.
The funeral prayer was led by Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir Dr. Khalid Mahmood Khan at Markaz Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir in Islamabad.
While addressing on the occasion, Dr. Khalid Mahmood Khan said that the deceased rendered vital services for the freedom movement of Kashmir while working shoulder to shoulder with Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri, adding that she migrated for the movement and left home, adding that this could only be realized by the person who passed through this process.
Meanwhile addressing on the occasion Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and United Jihad Council Chairman Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that the whole life of wife of Maulana Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri depicts struggle, adding that she started her struggle along with Maulana Nowsheri and she wanted to see Kashmir becoming independent but her dream could not materialize in her life.
Syed Salahuddin said every conspiracy against the freedom movement of Kashmir will be enthusiastically competed and no one will be allowed to commit treason with the sacrifices of the martyrs, adding that Kashmiris are writing new chapter of history in freedom movement of Kashmir through their blood. He said that India is using different tactics and hatching conspiracies to suppress the freedom movement but India always faced defeat in front of high morale of the Kashmiris. Syed Salahuddin also stressed upon unity to foil the Indian conspiracies. While presenting the rich tribute to the Kashmiri martyrs, Syed Salahuddin said that we are the real custodians of the sacrifices of the martyrs and no one will be allowed to construct political palace on these sacrifices.
On the occasion Syed Salahuddin prayed high status in paradise for the late wife of Maulana Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri and also prayed for the success of the freedom struggle of Kashmir.
Former Emir JI Azad Kashmir Sardar Ijaz Afzal Khan, Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement President Altaf Ahmed Butt also addressed on the occasion.
Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan leaders Khalid Rehman, Dr. Abdul Hafeez, JI Azad Kashmir leaders Raja Jehangir Khan, Raja Fazil Tabassum, Muhammad Tanveer Khan, Mahmoodul Hassan Chaudhry, Raja Khalid Mahmood Khan, Ashraf Bilal, Commander Abdul Aziz, Rashid Naumani, Saleh Tahir, Muhammad Sagheer Qamar, Ataur Rehman Chohan, Javed Turabi, Javed Khan, Raja Zakir, Hurriyat conference leaders Syed Yousuf Naseem, Mahmood Ahmed Saghar, Sheikh Abdul Mateen, Manzoorul Haq Butt, Muhammad Rafiq Dar, Abdul Majeed MaliK, Sheikh Jamilur Rehman, senior journalists Mohiyuddin Dar, Raja Bashir Usmani and people belonging to different walks of life in large numbers attended the funeral prayer.
