What occurred in Pakistan on May 9, May 10 facilitated by some individuals within institutions alongside int’l powers: Javed Latif claims

SARGODHA, June 4 (SABAH): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President and Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif has said that what occurred in Pakistan on May 9 and May 10, it was facilitated by some individuals within the institutions as well as it was in accordance with the agenda of international powers which have already ruined economy of the country and so much so these were hell-bent upon deteriorating Pakistan’s defense capabilities.

Mian Javed Latif expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Sargodha on Sunday. He further said that people will see some more people involved in formulating conspiracies in some days to come. He added they were playing in the hands of international powers as well as proving themselves true Pakistanis but indeed they were stabbing the defense of the country.

He further said that the window which they opened in view of weakening defense of the country would be closed down forever with the will of Almighty Allah. Master plan of attacking defense installations would be brought to light of which one had been framed in Zaman Park while the other in Chakwal.

“After every conspiracy is unmasked it is ignored which gives birth to new conspiracies. If such routine had been foiled, incidents of May 9 and May 10 would have not occurred. Sadly, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged to death for laying foundation of nuclear program while verdict was announced by the then judges,” he noted.

He added, “Another individual was given punishment of 25 years while declaring him hijacker while had allowed to conduct nuclear tests. This verdict was not given by any Indian judge. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif gave protection to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) which had to put Pakistan on the path of development and prosperity but a judge disqualified him for life. If nation would have stood up then attack on PTV, Parliament and PM House in 2014 would have not been perpetrated.”

Mian Javed Latif said that they would unmask the real characters behind the May 9 and May 10 incidents which tried to sink the country. He further noted that some characters played in the hands of international powers and added those were against the interests of the country as for instance they wrote a letter to International Monetary Fund (IMF) to foil the agreements efforts between Pakistan and IMF.
