Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Abdus Shakoor along with team reached Turkiye

LAHORE, Feb 08 (SABAH): Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Abdus Shakoor along with his team has arrived in Turkiye with a view of assisting the victims of recent earthquake.

Alkhidmat Foundation is continuing its relief activities in the quake-hit areas of Turkiye and Syria. Alkhidmat Foundation has announced assistance package to help out earthquake victims of Turkiye and Syria under 7,000 cooked rations, 500 blankets, 500 sofas and 50 tents would be provided in affected areas of Turkiye whereas 9,000 cooked rations, 1,000 blankets and 50 tents would be distributed in quake-hit zone of Syria.

Besides the relief items volunteers of Alkhidmat Foundation and medical teas were also being dispatched to the affected areas of the countries. Turkey and Syria are our brother Islamic countries. In all testing times, Turkish brothers and sisters have helped out Pakistanis hence it is our duty to reciprocate their services for us. 

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is in contact with Turkiye’s Embassy, welfare organisation TIKA and its Red Crescent besides making every possible effort to continue helping out quake victims as a sign of good gesture.
