United Nations should resolve the Palestine issue permanently: Liaqat Baloch Says it is responsibility of Pakistani govt to form unanimous & permanent strategy regarding Palestine, Kashmir & Afghanistan issues
LAHORE, April 16 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and Secretary General Milli Yakjehti Council Liaqat Baloch has said that United Nations should resolve the Palestine issue permanently. Liaqat Baloch said that it is responsibility of the Pakistani government to form unanimous and permanent strategy regarding Palestine, Kashmir and Afghanistan issues. He said that Muslim Ummah should awake from the deep slumber and protect the interest of Muslims.
This was stated by Liaqat Baloch while addressing the Awami Dastarkhawan Iftar Dinner arranged by Secretary General JI youth Shahid Naveed Malik at Gulshan Ravi area of Lahore.
Liaqat Baloch said that attack of Israeli security personnel on the Palestinian people offering prayer at Masjid-e-Aqsa, torturing them mercilessly in the holy month of Ramadan and desecration of the Masjid-e-Aqsa is the sheer violation of the United Nations Charter. Liaqat Baloch said that during every Ramadan it has become the routine habit of the Israeli forces to commit terrorism in Masjid-e-Aqsa, adding that the permanent members of the UN Security Council instead of using their veto power in favor of Israeli terrorism should take notice and resolve the Palestine issue permanently.
Liaqat Baloch said that Imran Khan went home without completing his tenure, adding that the political, constitutional and parliamentary crisis is worsening, adding that no-confidence motion has succeeded on constitutional and democratic basis. He said that Imran Khan wasted his tenure through showing the people dreams, claims, wholly announcements, insult, arrogance and bad governance, adding that the resignations of only 123 members has proved that his government had lost majority. He said that the tsunami, change, accountability and break the status quo has been exposed. He said that new lucrative narrative is being built to make the people fool. He said that DG ISPR has revealed the half truth and if PTI will remain adamant the remaining half truth will also come in front of masses.
Liaqat Baloch said that the government of PPP, PML-N and other coalition partners is unnatural, adding that the no-confidence motion was got succeeded but this unholy alliance could not run the government. He said that Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif should ensure electoral reforms in minimum possible time, adding that the worst conditions agreed with the IMF should be brought in the parliament and legislation contrary to Quran and Sunnah and constitution should be taken back.
