Understanding reached between Pakistan & Belarus for provision of jobs to 150,000 skilled Pakistani youth in Belarus: PM Shehbaz
LONDON, April 13 (SABAH): Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said the goal of rapidly progressing and prospering Pakistan will be achieved through collective efforts, the prayers of the entire nation, and relentless hard work.
Talking to the media in London on Sunday, PM Shehbaz Sharif said the commencement of first annual overseas Pakistanis Convention in Islamabad is a significant achievement that allows expatriates to reconnect with their homeland. He added that the convention also provides the overseas Pakistanis with a valuable opportunity to highlight their legitimate concerns and issues to be addressed promptly.
He said the overseas Pakistanis are dedicated to enhancing Pakistan’s reputation through their tireless efforts and hard work in the countries where they reside.
The Prime Minister said the overseas Pakistanis contribute billions of dollars to the country’s economy every year, and this year saw a substantial increase in their remittances.
PM Shehbaz Sharif said that his visit to Belarus remained fruitful, adding that Pakistan will take benefit from the expertise of Belarus in agriculture field. He said that machinery relating to the mines and minerals prepared in Belarus, adding that cooperation with Belarus in this field will also be enhanced. PM Shehbaz Sharif said that understanding has been reached between Pakistan and Belarus for provision of jobs to 150,000 skilled Pakistani youth in Belarus. He said that the skilled Pakistani youth will be sent to Belarus on merit.
PM Shehbaz Sharif said that we are serving the nation under the leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He said that Pakistan rapidly moving towards the progress is our destination.
He said that under the Doha agreement, the Afghan interim government will not allow terrorists to use its soil but unfortunately TTP and other terrorist organizations are operating for there and they have martyred innocent Pakistanis. He said that the sacrifices being rendered by Pakistani people, armed forces of Pakistan, police and law and enforcement agencies will not go in waste. PM Shehbaz Sharif said that it is his sincere advice to Afghanistan to immediately stop these terrorist organizations and should not permit use of its soil.
