Under the Orphan Care Program of Alkhidmat Foundation, Aghosh Hala for 200 orphan children inaugurated
MATIARI, Feb 25 (SABAH): Under the Orphan Care Program of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Aghosh Alkhidmat Hala for 200 orphan children has been inaugurated.
In this regard a splendid ceremony was held at Hala, district Matiari few minutes drive from National Highway Bhit Shah and 50 kilometers away from Hyderabad.
President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Muhammad Abdul Shakoor and Liaquat Baloch, Deputy Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan inaugurated the Aghosh Center.
While addressing the ceremony Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that Aghosh Hala building for the orphan children is the best example of the Alkhidmat for the service of the humanity, in which 200 intelligent orphan children will be provided with best educational and boarding facilities. He said that currently under the Alkhidmat Foundation 18 Aghosh Homes 17 in Pakistan and one for the Syrian orphan children at Ghazi Antub in Turkey are active. He said that in these Aghosh Homes 1,414 children are being provided with the accommodation, education, health and other basic facilities of life. He said that the work on Lahore, Gilgit-Baltistan, Dera Ismail Khan and Buner projects is continued with fast pace. Muhammad Abdul Shakoor said that we have to work for the orphan children being a nation jointly.
Senior Vice President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Syed Ahsan Ullah Waqas, National Director Alkhidmat Social Welfare Programs Amir Mahmood Cheema, President Alkhidmat Sindh Dr. Tabassum Jaffery, senior manager Alkhidmat media and public relations Shoaib Hashmi, vice president Sindh Abadgar Board Syed Nadeem Ahmed Shah Jamot, civil society Hala, prominent political and social personalities of the city and a large number of people belonging to different walks of life attended the ceremony. The other guests also addressed the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony Sindhi ajrak and souvenirs were distributed among the honorable gusts and they also visited the Aghosh. The guests expressed happiness over the facilities being provided to the children and also hailed the ongoing efforts of the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan for the orphan children.
