UK Visas & Immigration department clarifies we are aware of a fake document being shared, pretending to be from UK Visas & Immigration for Pakistan


ISLAMABAD, June 13 (SABAH): UK Visas and Immigration department has said clarified that we are aware of a fake document being shared, pretending to be from UK Visas and Immigration, claiming certain banks and English Language Tests are banned from UK student visa applications. If you receive it, please delete it, do not share it further, and let the person know it is fake.    

UK Visas and Immigration department has also shared the fake document along with the statement. The fake document is dated 28th May 2024, which states that several Pakistani banks have been rejected for visa approval to the United Kingdom from UK-Visa & immigration. In the fake list the names of Allied Bank Limited, Askari Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited, Bank Islami Pakistan Limited, Fasal Bank Limited, Habib Bank Limited, JS Bank Limited, Islamic Bank Limited and United Bank Limited.

 The fake document further states that the following English language tests have also been rejected for visa approval to the United Kingdom. The fake document stated that we advise all students from Pakistan to ensure that their language proficiency documentation is obtained approved and recognized testing bodies. The fake document includes the list of rejected English Language tests as Oxford ELLT Digital, IELTS Life Skills and Pearson Test of English.
