Today the aristocracy has started arbitrariness by occupying the power: Ameerul Azeem

KARACHI, Dec 26 (SABAH): General Secretary Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Ameerul Azeem has said that action is the strongest proof of da’wa (preaching), so it is important that the person calling for connection with Allah Almighty and His Messenger (SAWW) should testify to the people with his personality and character.

He expressed these views while addressing a one-day “Family Training Gathering” at Jamia Masjid Taiba Zaman Town under Jamaat-e-Islami District Korangi on Thursday.

Secretary Karachi Tawfiquddin Siddiqui, Maulana Attaur Rehman, District Amir Korangi Mirza Farhan Baig, Town Chairman Landhi Abdul Jameel Khan and former District Emir Gulberg Farooq Nimatullah also addressed the gathering. A large number of workers also participated in the gathering.

Ameerul Azeem further said that Jamaat-e-Islami is not a traditional political or religious party in the general sense, instead of being limited to a few corners and rituals, it is a global movement to establish the dominance of Islam in every sphere of life.

“Whenever the representatives of Jamaat-e-Islami got the opportunity to serve the people, they showed immense abilities, trust and honesty, even in Bangladesh, attempts were made to eliminate Jamaat-e-Islami, imprisonments were seen, but they remained steadfast,” he remarked.

Throwing light on the situation in Karachi, Tawfiquddin Siddiqui said that Jamaat-e-Islami is active to solve the growing problems in the city. He directed the workers to form Mahalla Committees so that immediate solution of public problems and dawa work can be organized.

“Jamaat-e-Islami has a history of service in the construction and development of the city, whenever the people gave representation to Jamaat-e-Islami, it did exemplary works of construction and development,” he added.
