Threats to regional peace have intensified since Modi came to power in India: Ghulam Muhammad Safi
RAWALPINDI, Oct 31 (SABAH): Convener Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu Kashmir Ghulam Muhammad Safi has said that the threats to regional peace have intensified since Modi came to power in India.
Addressing a gathering of intellectuals in Rawalpindi, Ghulam Muhammad Safi has said that India, taking cue from Israel, is aggressively pursuing the agenda of rendering a Muslim majority into a minority through a Genocide and demographic change.
Without mincing words, Ghulam Muhammad Safi said that as a part of its cultural invasion, the Modi regime is renaming historical places, schools, colleges, roads, and institutions in the illegally occupied territory.
He said that hate speech and hate crimes against Muslims have also increased at an alarming rate since Modi came to power. During his address Ghulam Muhammad Safi urged the international community, including the United Nations, to take steps to stop these criminals by bringing them to book for their crimes.
