Structural reforms will be good in long term for national economy: Shaukat Tarin

ISLAMABAD, Mar 12 (SABAH): Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Shaukat Fayaz Ahmed Tarin on Saturday stated that the government is working on sustainable economic growth and focusing on empowering the youth.

During an interview with a private news channel, the minister added that reforms had been made in the sectors of housing and agriculture to aid growth.

Shaukat Tarin said, “the Kamyab Jawan Program, Health Card Scheme and Ehsaas programme are aimed at providing facilities to the downtrodden and marginalized segments of society”.

Shaukat Tarin said the structural reforms will be good in long term for national economy.
