ISLAMABAD, Sep 13 (SABAH): Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, stated that steps are being taken to transfer funds directly to the bank accounts of deserving women, following the directives of the President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, and in consultation with the State Bank of Pakistan. This initiative aims to ensure that beneficiaries can access their entitlements more easily, transparently, and with dignity.
Senator Rubina Khalid shared these remarks while speaking to the media at the BISP office in Chilas. I am visiting various locations across the country to better comprehend the issues they face.”
