Sheikh Abdul Mateen urges Kashmiris all over the world to protest tomorrow against Indian aggression


MUZAFFARABAD, August 04 (SABAH): All Parties Hurriyat Conferences (APHC) General Secretary (AJK Chapter) and Special Representative of Chairman APHC Masarat Alam Bhat, Sheikh Abdul Mateen in a statement issued in Muzzafaabbad appealed to the Kashmiris living in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan and the world over to hold protest rallies to draw attention of the world towards Indian brutalities in Occupied Kashmir. 5th August is one of the blackest day in the history of Kashmir and Kashmiris would observe 5th August as black and exploitation day and will give a clear message to India that they reject Indian subjugation.

Sheikh Abdul Mateen said Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory and annexing it is not only a violation of the United Nations resolutions on Kashmir but also a blatant violation of international law. Three years of constant siege had wreaked havoc in Occupied Kashmir and the fascist Modi government had turned the entire Kashmir valley into a big open-air prison.

Sheikh Abdul Mateen said land of Kashmir is granted to outsiders and Kashmiris are deprived of their identity, land, assets and jobs. He praised the passion of valiant and brave Kashmiris who are fearlessly fighting against the Indian hegemony and their spirit of sacrifice is undefeatable. Kashmiris are indebted to those who sacrificed their lives for the noble cause of freedom. Those martyrs are the real heroes of the Kashmiri people and their mission will be accomplished at all costs. Prisoners of freedom movement are writing the new history of bravery and the supreme sacrifices of Kashmiri’s will get freedom from shackles of Indian slavery.

Sheikh Abdul Mateen urged the Kashmiris all over the world to protest today (5th August) against Indian aggression and expose Indian crimes in Occupied Kashmir. He also appealed to the Kashmiri diaspora to hold protest demonstrations all over world on that day and draw the attention of the world towards the plight of oppressed people Occupied Kashmir.
