Shehbaz extends warmest greetings to President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang & brotherly people of China on the festive occasion of 74th National Day

ISLAMABAD, Oct 1, (SABAH): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and former prime minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended warmest greetings to President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang, and the brotherly people of China on the festive occasion of the 74th National Day of the People’s Republic of China.

In a statement issued on twitter on Sunday, Shehbaz Sharif said ”On the festive occasion of the 74th National Day of the People’s Republic of China, I extend my warmest greetings to H.E. President Xi Jinping, H.E. Premier Li Qiang, and the brotherly people of China”

Shehbaz sharif said that the People’s Republic under the visionary leadership of President Xi is making vital contributions to the strengthening of global peace, development and rules-based order with the United Nations as its core.

”We, in Pakistan, mark this day with a renewed resolve to keep working for a stronger bond between our two countries and its peoples” he said.

Meanwhile Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack near the Turkish Parliament in Ankara. “Our prayers are with the injured police officers for a swift recovery and the safety of our Turkish brothers and sisters” Shehbaz Sharif said in a statement issued on twitter on Sunday.

Shehbaz Sharif said that the people of Pakistan express unwavering solidarity with the citizens and government of Türkiye.
