Schedule of JI’s 101 sit-ins against govt to be announced during current week: Amirul Azeem


LAHORE, Jan 19 (SABAH): Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Amirul Azeem has said that the schedule of JI‘s 101 sit-ins against the anti-masses policies of government and interest based economy will be announced during the current week.

According to a statement issued from Mansoora on Wednesday, Amirul Azeem said that the government has committed great excess, mini-budget should be taken back. He said that Governor State Bank of Pakistan is playing the role of Viceroy, adding that the country has become Horse Barn of IMF.

Amirul Azeem said that we have to decide whether we will transfer the current system to next generation or realize the dream which was seen by the Muslims of Sub-Continent. He said the Jamaat-e-Islami has become the voice of people of Gwadar and Karachi, adding that the status quo parties have been badly exposed. He said that Islamic revolution will be brought in the country through peaceful struggle. Amirul Azeem appealed all segments of society to actively participate in the sit-ins of JI.

Amirul Azeem said 100 sit-ins will be staged against mini-budget, economy based on interest, inflation, unemployment and governor state bank of Pakistan and 101st sit-in will be staged in Islamabad. He said PTI, PML-N and PPP have destroyed the country, adding that the PTI proved the most incompetent. He said the destination of the JI is enforcement of the system based on Quran and Sunnah.
