Religious, ideological, welfare & higher goals-based politics could eradicate crisis of country: Liaqat Baloch
LAHORE, Dec 31 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami, candidate from NA-123 and NA-128, Liaqat Baloch has said that religious, ideological, welfare and higher goals-based politics could eradicate the crisis of the country.
Liaqat Baloch expressed these views while addressing electoral team of NA-123 and NA-128. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami is running countrywide election campaign going to be held in 2024 for transforming Pakistan into Islamic, prosperous and corruption free country. He said that since 76 years, politics, democracy and state is under occupation of mafias and added they would defeat mafias through the power of vote for dignity and respect of the country in the comity of nations.
He said that for elections 2024, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Muslim League and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) proved that they are depending on already tested, incompetent and redundant individuals. He said for the nation, the general elections of 2024 are a big examination to get rid of obsolete and already tested and failed parties.
Liaqat Baloch stressed upon the women and youth to play a major role for an Islamic and prosperous Pakistan. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami has fielded capable, honest, patriotic candidates for the national and provincial assemblies. He said that these candidates are inclined to service of humanity as well as development of the country.
He maintained that they would follow code of conduct in the electoral process given by the Election Commission of Pakistan and those who broke the electoral conduct they would have to face the law. He said politics of Lahore will get rid of poisonous polarization and useless mafias.
Liaqat Baloch participated in the wedding ceremony of son of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam emir Maulana Fazlur Rehman where he exchanged views regarding current country situation with former president Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and others.
