PTI workers leave behind the heaps of garbage on Jinnah Avenue from D-Chowk to Pak Saudi Tower
ISLAMABAD, May 26 (SABAH): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers have left behind the heaps of the garbage on Jinnah Avenue leading towards prominent business center Blue Area and Parliament House from D-Chowk to Pak Saudi Tower after attending public gathering and staging sit-in on Wednesday night. The cleanliness of these areas has become difficult for the workers of Capital Development Authority (CDA).
According to the details, due to the burning of the trees by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf workers, the green belt has been harmed. Dozens of trees have been burnt in result of setting them on fire by PTI workers. Meanwhile on both sides of the Blue Area, the septicemic roads could be witnessed.
It has become challenge for CDA to remove this filth and on the other hand it has become for commuters to walk on these roads. The commuters and business community of the blue area has demanded of the local administration to immediately clean the roads.
It is worth mentioning here that the PTI workers had set on fire one metro station and green belts from different sites, resulting in harming the dozens of trees. The citizens have expressed severe anger over this action of the PTI workers.
