PTI Senator Dost Muhammad Khan says ‘Imran Khan expert in terrorism’

ISLAMABAD, August 30 (SABAH): An interesting situation arose during Friday’s Senate session when Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senator Dost Muhammad Khan said that if you want to end terrorism, then release Imran Khan because he is an “expert in terrorism.”

PML-N senior leader Senator Irfan Siddiqui who was presiding over the session in the absence of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman, pointed out to Senator Dost Muhammad Khan to please correct his statement.

“You probably meant to say that Imran Khan is an expert in eliminating terrorism.” Caught up in the moment, the PTI Senator immediately responded, ” you are from the opposing party, that’s why you are saying this, Sir.”

During this, the Leader of the Opposition and PTI leader Senator Shibli Faraz and Senator Mohsin Aziz tried to explain the situation to Dost Muhammad Khan but were unsuccessful. Senator Shibli Faraz even tried to explain in Pashto but failed to convince his fellow colleague.

Senator Dost Muhammad Khan continued to insist, “I repeat, Imran Khan is an expert in terrorism,” and remained firm in his statement.

Senator Siddiqui while smiling on the situation addressed to Senator Dost and said that if you insist then it’s alright.
