PTI held hostage by some inept individuals: Faisal Vawda

ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (SABAH): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s former leader and ex-federal minister Muhammad Faisal Vawda has said that PTI has been held hostage by a few inept individuals.

Faisal Vawda said this during an interview with a private TV channel. He further said that Pakistan will get a package of $8 billion from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar in the result of Chief of Army Staff’s (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah’s visits of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates which may reach from $10 billion to $11 billion.

He further said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imrsn Khan was told that Toshakhana items that these were legal, fair and justified in nature that was why he did all this. “Imran Khan declared whatever he received but all others also benefited from this stream,” Vawda added.

If Imran Khan declared Rs 140 million, the amount he received from Toshakhana objects; it would be as it is, Vawda said, and added the all remaining amount was eaten away by others.

He said there were 99.9% chances of Imran Khan’s disqualification and added the PTI leaders took him to the stage where his return was difficult. He added the PTI has been held hostage by a few incompetent individuals, saying hypocrite, dishonest and clever people pushed Imran Khan to a blind alley where only Almighty Allah might assist him to come out of the situation.

Faisal Vawda suggested the PTI chairman to use his popularity among the masses for the sake of Pakistan as well as his politics by getting rid of these rotten eggs, adding when, “You will hold these people accountable you will even forget stealing committed by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). “One day I will unearth each and every thing about them,” he claimed.

He said there was no question that Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi could come out to be successful regarding vote of confidence in Punjab Assembly as PTI members would disappear. By nature, he said, Imran Khan don’t see keenness of the matters as whatever he is told; he starts relying which is why he is standing at this position at present.
