PTI has written the history of bad-governance & incompetence in past three years: Sirajul Haq

TURBAT, Dec 07 (SABAH): Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Emir Sirajul Haq has said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has written the history of bad-governance and incompetence in past three years and it seems it is still directionless to fix the economy.

People from Gwadar to Chitral are fed up from the government which had gifted them with inflation, unemployment and poverty, Sirajul Haq said while addressing a press conference in Turabt.

The JI chief was in Gwadar to express solidarity with the “Give Gwadar its rights movement” and he asked the government to address the demands of the people who have been protesting for their rights for over a month. He met with the National Party President and Balochistan former chief minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch who presented as gift his short stories book to the JI chief. Both the leaders discussed political situation and other matters of mutual interests.

Sirajul Haq also met the delegation of All Pakistan Kaitch Leaders at Turbat Circuit House.

Addressing press conference, he said Balochistan was gifted with enormous resources but poverty ratio was touching 71 percent in the province. He said the youth of Balochistan was jobless and rich agriculture land was barren due to unavailability of water and government support. He said the government must address the demands of the people of the province.

Sirajul Haq said the JI raised the Balochistan issue at assemblies and every forum. He said the federal and provincial government failed to address the problems of masses. He said the government lacked vision to put the country on track. The economy was destroyed due to interest-based system and the PTI government took billions of loans backing its own promise. He said the JI was the only option left with the people now. The JI would put the country on track if voted to power, he said.
