President Zardari to visit Turkmenistan to attend Int’l Forum on ‘Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development’

ISLAMABAD, Oct 10 (SABAH): President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari will undertake a visit to Turkmenistan to attend the International Forum on “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development” to be held in Ashgabat on 10-11 October 2024.

The International Forum is being held to mark the 300th birth anniversary of Magtymguly Faragi, a great Turkmen thinker, poet and philosopher. At the Forum, President Zardari will underline the importance of the values of peace, unity and development for the region. He is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with the Turkmen leadership on the sidelines of the Forum.
