President Alkhidmat Foundation Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman celebrates Eidul Adha with the Gaza refugees in Cairo, Egypt

CAIRO, June 16 (SABAH): President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman celebrated Eidul Adha with the Gaza refugees in Cairo, Egypt.

After offering eid prayer at the Tajjamal Khamas, Cairo, Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman held meeting with the afectees of Gaza war and provided them the sacrificial meat and distributed gifts and eidi among the children.

Later on Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman inquired after the health of the injured undergoing treatment in different hospitals.

According to details Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is sacrificing 1,600 cows and 1,300 sheet and goats for the suppressed Muslims of Gaza. Alkhidmat Foundation is sacrificing 100 sheep in Cairo, Egypt and 100 cows and in Pakistan 1,500 cows and 1,200 goats will be sacrificed for the people of Gaza in Pakistan. The meat of the sacrificial animals will be sent to Gaza after processing.

Prior to this Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman visited the farmhouse situated at Bulbleen area of Cairo and reviewed the animals purchased by the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan. While talking to media persons Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that eid is the festival of happiness, adding that Pakistanis have remembered their Palestinian brothers and sisters in eid happiness. He said that Alkhidmat Foundation has started the process of sacrificing animals for the Gaza refugees present in Cairo, which will continue for three days. He said that after sacrificing the animals the meat will be transported to the residences of the Gaza refugees through chiller trucks.

Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that five teams comprising of 30 Palestinians are the part of the “Qurbani Fi Sabilillah” project. He said that 70 volunteers of Alkhidmat Foundation have completed their planning in Cairo and they will dispatch the meat of sacrificial animals among the 2,000 families of Gaza refugees. He said that Alkhidmat Foundation has also organized a grand dinner for 100 families of Gaza refugees.
