PPP along with MQM messed up with Sindh, duo ruling masses with cruelty: Sirajul Haq

PESHAWAR/HYDERABAD, Jan 02 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq stated that PPP in connivance with MQM messed up with Sindh, inflicting atrocity upon people.

Sirajul Haq addressed the local bodies’ convention at Hyderabad and later on also addressed the meeting of the provincial office-bearers at Al-Markaz Al-Islami Peshawar on Monday.

Sirajul Haq further stated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ruled the centre for over quarter less than four years but its announcements, especially with respect to the coastal city of Karachi proved to be mere hollow claims. 

He stated the rulers’ thinking was limited to their own interests whereas they converted the life of masses into miserable condition, suggesting them to abstain from voting in favour of those who disappear after elections. He added the interests of white-collar persons were badly hurt.

Emir Jamaat-e-Islami stated the rulers kept on holding hostage the nation with their pseudo claims, with no common values between them and people. He furthered the merciless aristocracy deals with the nation ruthlessly.

Sindh, Sirajul Haq stated inundated with flood waters while the rulers ate away the foreign aid and called for nation to let them not to be deceived by them by indentifying their true face. He added LB polls was a lucrative opportunity with the masses to decide their fate and appealed to them to come forward to standby Jamaat-e-Islami for a peaceful prosperous Islamic country.

He stated due to flawed policies of central and provincial governments, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa converted into an unsafe place, with no security of lives and properties. Street crimes, target killings and extortion were on the rise which halted development in the province, he deplored.
