Poverty, inflation & unemployment were gripping the country due to imposed looters & cadgers: Sirajul Haq
SAHIWAL, Feb 17 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that poverty, inflation and unemployment were gripping the country due to imposed looters and cadgers.
Sirajul Haq expressed these views while addressing public convention at Sahiwal on Friday. He further said that all the loans were eaten up by the rulers and continued these loans must be paid off by selling off their properties.
He said that the troika of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) made the nation slave of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the USA. He deplored that decisions of 230 million of people of Pakistan were being made in the USA.
Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq said the ruling parties will again go for electioneering during the next elections by making baseless promises with the masses and added their actual place was the jails but not the houses of the Parliament.
Shedding light on the current state of affairs of the country, Sirajul Haq said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was claiming that it was not ruling the country which was tantamount to making a big mockery with the nation. These people enjoy protocols besides perks and privileges but they don’t accept responsibility, he deplored.
He said the rulers make mockery of the law whereas the courts give them protocol of VIPs. He added the elections should not be held phased-wise but these must be conducted across the length and breadth of the country which will boost stability of the country.
He appealed to the masses to take stand against the saviours of the country as well as for the survival of the generations to come. He said the masses must support Jamaat-e-Islami and pledged with them to hold the looters accountable after coming into the power. He said that they will convert the vast bungalows owned by the government officials into the educational institutions while the government officials will be given homes comprising only 10 marlaz.
Sirajul Haq said that Jamaat-e-Islami will put an end to the interest-based economy of the country while civil service examination besides English would also be held in Urdu. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami will allot government lands to the youth of the country besides providing best education to the girls whereas Quran System will be enforced in the courts of the country.
