Politics of abuses & personal interests has ruined the country: Sirajul Haq
KARACHI, July 29 (SABAH): Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq has said that politics of abuses and personal interests has ruined all the country. He said that the masses are worried due to the inflation, load-shedding and unemployment.
Sirajul Haq said this while addressing the nikah ceremony of former Nazim-e-A’ala Islami Jamiat Talaba Hamza Muhammad Siddiqui and later on meeting of provincial office-bearers at Karachi. He said that mafias, feudal lords and bigwigs have held hostage the country enriched with resources, adding that no government fulfilled promises made with Karachi.
During this month, hundreds of oath taking ceremonies were held in Punjab, he said, adding followed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) also proved to be protector of status-quo, he said.
All the major three political parties remained failed to resolve the problems of the country as they all are nuts and bolts of one system, he deplored, adding the ruling class tends to continue the status quo while no one talks about the problems of the masses.
The country was ruled by generals for over 35 years while the remaining period was ruled by the so-called democracies, he deplored, adding this dirty game is underway with the people since seven decades.
Sirajul Haq said that the party ruling KPK could not bring any change there and all the other political parties ruling this land of ours found to be involved in creating division in the society, adding if the rulers don’t adopt serious approach the country will receive further destruction.
Sirajul Haq advised the workers of Jamaat-e-Islami and Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan to help out flood stricken masses and added that the Islamic system is only way towards development and prosperity.
Sirajul Haq demanded of the relevant authorities to early release MPA Abdur Rasheed and workers of Jamaat-e-Islami and lamented that peaceful protestors were thrashed in the presence of police.
He said the PDM and PTI are two sides of the same coin and continued that the ruling regime is running the country on adhocism with no capability that how to devise policies for running the country.
There is need of honest and capable leadership to put the country on the right direction, he said, adding only Jamaat-e-Islami is the best option available with the masses of the country as feudal lords and corrupt capitalists have already been examined ones.
On the occasion Deputy Chief of the JI Pakistan Asadullah Bhutto Advocate, Emir JI Sindh Muhammad Hussain Mehanti and Emir JI Karachi Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman were also present.
