PM Shehbaz takes strict notice of public complaints regarding high electricity bills

ISLAMABAD, August 22 (SABAH): Prime Minister Main Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has taken strict notice of public complaints regarding high electricity bills.

Chairing a meeting in Islamabad on Monday, PM Shehbaz Sharif directed the officials concerned to submit on priority basis a detailed report with recommendations regarding public complaints on electricity bills.

Expressing the commitment to address grievances of the public, the Prime Minister said he is answerable to the people.

Shehbaz Sharif said he remains firm to the commitment of always speaking truth with his people.

“Khadim-e-Pakistan is answerable to his people for resolution of their grievances. I am committed to speaking truth to my people,” he remarked.

Federal Minister for Power Engineer Khurram Dastagir Khan, Special Assistant to PM Ahad Khan Cheema and relevant senior officers attended the meeting.
