PM Shehbaz, CM Punjab Hamza discuss public welfare projects


LAHORE, July 02 (SABAH): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Hamza Shehbaz Sharif called on Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore on Saturday.

Performance of provincial government and public welfare projects were discussed during the meeting.

Member National Assembly Barrister Usman Ibrahim, Provincial Ministers Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan and Attaullah Tarar Advocate also attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif inquired about health of JUI-F Ameer Maulana Fazalur Rehman at Ittefaq Hospital in Lahore on Saturday. He expressed best wishes for good health of Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman.

He also directed the hospital administration to ensure best medical treatment to Maulana Fazalur Rehman.

Meanwhile Minister for Railways Khawaja Muhammad Saad Rafique called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore on Saturday.

During the meeting, the country’s current political situation came under discussion.

The Prime Minister was informed that implementation of Covid-19 SOPs is being ensured in trains and airplanes during travelling.

Khawaja Saad Rafique also briefed the Prime Minister about reforms in railways and aviation sectors.
