Palestine is Muslim country, we would not budge even an inch from our justified stand: Ismail Haniyeh
ISLAMABAD, Oct 29 (SABAH): In a special message by Hamas Chief Ismael Haniyeh to Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan in Islamabad, he said that he along with people of Gaza salute to the Jamaat-e-Islami. He said that Palestine is Muslim country and added we would not budge even an inch our justified stand.
He said that great Al-Aqsa March led by Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq which is being held in Islamabad today is a message for the United States which it announced for mass killing of Palestinians and provided every kind of arms and ammunition for the children, women and old citizens of Gaza.
On the other side it is a message for the occupational government of Israel that Palestine is a land which belongs to Muslims, he said and added they are not stranded but the entire Muslim Ummah is standing with them.
He said that warriors of Hamas and the people of Palestine have badly defeated the enemy while giving it a strong reaction as well as destroying all the nefarious designs of the enemy which they tried to demolish Masjid Al-Aqsa as well as occupying it. He said it is also message for those who were thinking to keep the masses of Gaza under permanent sedge as well as keeping the people under their slavery.
He said the strong reaction by Hamas and Gaza is also message for those who have detained thousands of Palestinians in Israel’s jails. He also made it clear that all the efforts of recognizing Israel by the Muslim countries have badly failed.
During the previous day, in the General Assembly of the United Nations, Israel and the US had to face defeat when 120 countries raised their concerns while expressing solidarity with Gaza, he said.
People of Pakistan, particularly Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan have never compromised on the issue of Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh said and added they put forth their clear stance in this regard. Through this great demonstration, he said, “I salute the Pakistani nation and present respect from the people of Palestine.” Lastly, he also read out a verse from the Holy Quran to validate and authenticate his point of view. He also paid tributes to the address of Ambassador of Pakistan Munir Akram in the United Nations.
