Nawaz, Shehbaz exchange views on sidelines of Geneva’s ‘Climate Resilient Pakistan’ conference
GENEVA, Jan 10 (SABAH): Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif exchanged views on country’s political situation with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of Geneva’s ‘Climate Resilient Pakistan’ conference.
According to media reports, Shehbaz Sharif was accompanied by Federal Finance Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and other members of the Sharif family. Shehbaz Sharif had dinner along with the family where Nawaz Sharif’s doctor, Dr. Adnan Khan was also present. The Prime Minister passed over two hours with PML-N supremo and the family.
They discussed political and economic situation of the country at a meeting spanning two hours. Shehbaz and Dar inquired after Maryam Nawaz as she had gone through a throat surgery. He also congratulated her on assuming charge as part’s senior vice president.
