Nation & Pakistan’s embassies across the world are voice of Kashmiris: FO Spokesperson


ISLAMABAD, August 05 (SABAH): Foreign Office Spokesperson Asim Iftikhar Ahmad says the nation and Pakistan’s embassies across the world are voice of Kashmiris.

In an interview with official media, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said Pakistan will always raise voice of Kashmiris at all fora including United Nations and other international human rights organizations.

Paying rich tribute to the unwavering struggle of the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, he expressed the hope that Kashmiris will succeed in achieving their right to self-determination.

The Spokesperson urged India to stop its brutality in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and implement UN resolutions of plebiscite.

He said Pakistan reiterates its resolve to stand with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Responding to a question, he said Indian government’s action of blocking Radio Pakistan’s twitter account shows that it is hiding facts from the world.

Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said such actions are in violation of international laws and freedom of speech. He asked the international media to raise its voice against Indian actions of blocking twitter accounts of Pakistan’s mission abroad and Radio Pakistan.
