NAB (Balochistan) arranges seminar at NUML regarding ‘Role of Students in Eradication of Corruption’


QUETTA, Oct 28 (SABAH): National Accountability Bureau (Balochistan), as per its mandate for Awareness Campaigns, organized a seminar on “Role of Students in Eradication of Corruption” at NUML University, Quetta.

Dr. Muhammad Rashad, Director NAB, was the speaker at the seminar. Lt. Colonel (Retd) Nisar Ahmed, Regional Director NUML, faculty members and students of the university participated therein. The basic objective of the seminar was to aware the students about their role in eradication of corruption.

During the address to audience, Dr. Muhammad Rashad, explained the general working, vision and mission, 3x pronged strategy of NAB to fight against corruption. He elaborated ill effects of corruption in the light of Hadith and Quranic injunctions as well. The youth were not only told to discourage corruption but were also emphasized to raise their voice for its eradication from society. Further, he informed that every individual has to play his role against the menace of corruption for the betterment of economy and society. At the end of seminar, there was a healthy Question/Answer session between the speaker and the students. Conclusively, the Director NAB thanked all the students and the host for participation and organizing the productive seminar.
