Mushaal Hussein Mullick meets Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa
ISLAMABAD, Oct 19 (SABAH): Chairperson Peace and Culture Organisation and wife of the imprisoned Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front leader Muhammad Yasin MaliK, Mushaal Hussein Mullick met with Imam Hajj Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, General Secretary of the Islamic World League in Islamabad.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Mushaal Hussein Mullick said that it was an honour and pleasure to meet with Imam Hajj Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, General Secretary of the Islamic World League in Islamabad. He is a distinguished scholar in the Islamic world, he has a great vision and excellent thinking, His Excellency Sheikh is one of the advocates of moderation.
She said that as Kashmiris, Pakistanis and people of Saudi Arabia maintain strong and lasting brotherhood, there is a natural affinity and respect from all sides.
Mushaal Hussein Mullick said that she was deeply touched by the view of Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa and his ideas, especially his idea about Muslims facing persecution at the hands of tyranny and the importance of shunning extremism and fanatic views about other religion. The meeting addressed the plight of innocent Kashmiris facing genocide, human rights violations, release of Kashmiri political prisoners for long lasting peace in the region and the world over.
“We agreed and appreciated the views of respect for all religions and the philosophy to live and let live. Peace and respect for mankind is the only solution to save the world from war, regardless of what faith, religion, race, nation, colour they belong to” Mushaal Hussein Mullick said.
Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa made a special prayer for the people of Kashmir and for the release of Mohammad Yasin Malik. They gave Raziyah Sultana the title of Daughter of Muslim Ummah and Daughter of Peace.
Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa presented a beautiful gift to us. Sabien Hussein Mullick, Secretary General Peace and Culture Organisation, little Raziyah Sultana were also present in the meeting.
