Musawemeen Team requests COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa to bring back Dr. Aafia Siddiqui
RAWALPINDI, Dec 06 (SABAH): The Musawemeen Team has written a letter to Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa to bring back Dr. Aafia Siddiqui present in United States imprisonment.
The contents of the letter written by Musawemeen Team are:
“In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful”
Only YOU Can Bring Back Dr. Aafia Siddiqui!
To COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Saturday, 27th November 2021 | 18th Rabi us Sani 1443
Dear General Bajwa,
Asalamo Alykum,
We hope that you are in the best of your health, wealth and spirits.
You are the strongest man of the entire Muslim nation right now! Why? Because you are commander-in-chief of the only Muslim state that is a nuclear power. However, there is one thing that can make you even stronger right now. And that is the decision to disown the misdeeds of one unfortunate man by the name of Musharraf in the military history of Pakistan. Its okay. Every institute has black sheep in it. But it takes great character and courage to identify them and remove them from the herd. Allah Almighty has made things very easy for us. Musharraf admitted to his misdeeds himself in his book, and the nation removed him from power in 2009. All that is left to be done is to undo his misdeeds. And the Pak Army will be greatly hailed for it!
Aafia Siddiqui’s case is close to being history now. Classified documents have been declassified. Prisoners have been released. Forces have been called back. The war-of-terror has failed with the ending note of America’s failure in Afghanistan. All this would have been good news for us, only if daughter of the nation would have been returned to Pakistan too. If America, despite all its technology and power has failed in Afghanistan, so has Pakistan despite its strategic importance and Faith!
We believe that this government is destined for great works but the unforgiveable error of not bringing back Aafia Siddique is casting a shadow of misfortune on all of its noble plans. PM Imran Khan said in 2019 that year 2020 would be the Year of Economy, but it turned out to be the Year of Lockdown. And the irony is, that the lockdown is not getting over. It is persistent and is reappearing in the form of Corona variants and then dengue like upon the nation of Pharoah. Why? It is simple Mathematics. We have left Aafia Siddiqui in her lockdown so Allah Almighty has put us in a lockdown too. Tit for tat!
A very dangerous perception is brewing among the public now. The eerie silence of the government over Aafia Siddiqui seems to indicate that it is not America which does not want to return Aafia Siddiqui but it is Pakistan which does not want to take back Aafia Siddiqui. Is that true? True or not, it is very shameful for entire Muslim nation to be guilty of not freeing Aafia Siddiqui from the hell of America and Zionist lobby. All of us are suffering the brunt of it in the form of the pandemic lockdown and its health, economic and social consequences and will have Hell to answer in the Hereafter.
Sir, please bring back Dr. Aafia Siddiqui and any other POW still in foreign/local custody due to the infamous war-of-terror. We just read up on the Internet that you are going to graduate from the army on 29th November 2022, exactly a year from now. Sir please do this great deed so that the children of the Muslim nation are told your story in the league of Muhammed bin Qasim and Tariq bin Ziyad!
وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
‘Do not lose hope and do not grieve, for you shall become the super power if you are true believers’
[The Holy Quran, Al-Imran, V.139]
We await your reply in the form of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui being freed and brought back to Pakistan and her standing next to you in your graduating ceremony. Surely, she will be the most glorious feather in your cap
God bless you and your efforts, Ameen.
Wsalam,
The Musawemeen Team.
