Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima appointed as new ECP’s Spokesperson
ISLAMABAD, Dec 02 (SABAH): Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday appointed Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima as its new Spokesperson on the approval of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dr. Sikandar Sultan Raja.
Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima was posted as the director of media coordination and outreach in the ECP secretariat. The ECP issued a notification declaring her as the spokesperson with immediate effect and until further orders.
Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima will replace Additional Director General of Monitoring and Evaluation Haroon Khan Shinwari. Deputy Director Abdul Qadir has issued the notification of appointment of Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima. The copies of the notification have also been sent to all the concerned officials.
Ms Qurat ul Ain Fatima is the part of 37th Common Course and she is officer of the Information Group. She has served as spokesperson of the Pakistan Railways for four years and prior to this she also worked in PID and Directorate of Electronic Media.
