Mortal remains of late senior journalist & anchorperson Arshad Sharif on way to Pakistan: FO Spokesperson  

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (SABAH): The mortal remains of late senior journalist and anchorperson Arshad Sharif are on way to Pakistan.

According to statement issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, the mortal remains of late Arshad Sharif are being repatriated from Nairobi tonight on board flight QR 1342 departing Nairobi at 1:25 AM for Doha.

Onward flight QR 0632 will leave Doha at 1935 hours today (Tuesday) and arrive Islamabad 01:05 hours tonight. Pakistan High Commissioner to Kenya Saqlain Syeda was at the Nairobi Airport overseeing the arrangements.
