Modi regime attaches residential property of Hurriyat activist

SRINAGAR, Dec 6 (SABAH): The Indian authorities have attached the residential property of a Hurriyat activist in Bandipora district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to media reports, the BJP regime attached 14 Marla of residential property of Hurriyat activist Irfan Ahmad in Ashtengoo area of the district in a case registered under black law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

It is to be mentioned here that the Indian authorities have already confiscated the headquarters of All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Srinagar and hundreds of houses and properties belonging to Hurriyat leaders and organizations including Syed Ali Gilani Shaheed, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, Aasiya Andrabi and Jamaat-e-Islami across occupied Kashmir. 

The occupation authorities have also demolished many residential houses, shops, shopping complexes and other properties in the occupied territory. The brutal actions were aimed at punishing these people and organizations for their role in the freedom struggle.
