Maryam Nawaz, Turkish Consul General discuss bilateral cooperation

LAHORE, Dec 31 (SABAH): Turkish Consul General Darmish Bastagh called on Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore on Tuesday.

During the meeting, both leaders came to an agreement to further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

The meeting discussed measures to promote cooperation in the fields of trade, education, health, agriculture and tourism.

She assured the Turkish Consul General that the Punjab government would provide all necessary facilities to Turkish investors, including a streamlined one-window operation for the Turkish business community.

The Turkish Consul General Darmish Bastagh appreciated the ongoing public welfare projects under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
