Maryam Nawaz directs women wing to launch door-to-door campaign

LAHORE, June 14 (SABAH): Chief Organiser and Senior Vice President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed the party’s Women Wing to launch door-to-door campaign for the upcoming elections in the country.

Maryam Nawaz chaired a party meeting which was attended by PML-N Lahore President Malik Muhammad Saiful Muluk Khokhar and PML-N’s Women Wing President Sadia Taimoor at the PML-N’s Model Town Secretariat. The attendants briefed Maryam Nawaz on the political situation in Lahore.

According to sources, Maryam Nawaz directed the party’s Women Wing to launch door-to-door campaign for the upcoming elections in the country.

The meeting also deliberated expected ticket holders and other candidates, and reviewed the performance of former PML-N MPAs on special seats as well Maryam Nawaz directed them to prepare new priority list for women contesting on the special seats.
