Looted money from corrupt gang be taken back to end country’s loans: Sirajul Haq

ISLAMABAD, Jan 03 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that a few families were occupying the centre and provinces due to which corruption was on the rise.

Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq was talking to several delegations at Islamabad on Tuesday. He said no one was there in the rulers who may present himself for accountability and added the accountability institutions were handicapped to evade from accountability.

He said that looted money must be taken back from the corrupt gang of rulers which can end the loans of the country. Civil supremacy, independent judiciary and autonomous Election Commission of Pakistan were a solution to the country’s problems, he added.

Sirajul Haq went on say that federal and provincial governments containing fifteen parties couldn’t improve economy and also they did not reduce inflation. He said that Pakistan is a big agriculture country but still people were not finding flour and forced to stand in queues for taking rations.

He said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) was abstaining from holding local bodies’ polls in Islamabad and the same was being committed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Punjab and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in Karachi. He said that incompetent rulers got badly exposed and scared of the masses.

Emir Jamaat-e-Islami said that the rulers received signals from Washington during the hours of making decisions and added this dirty fair has been happening since 75 years. He said the methodology of taking decisions in the behind the closed doors should come to an end.

He called upon the masses to show the door to the cruel land lords, chieftains and corrupt capitalists with the power of vote and added the single solution to the country’s problems was the enforcement of Islamic System. He also deplored the poor state of law and order in KPK, Tribal Areas, Balochistan and Karachi, saying the rulers were careless about the situation. There were not careful about the million of flood victims, he added.

Sirajul Haq concluded the PDM conglomerate and PTI were responsible for the country’s issues including economic destruction, saying unemployment was on the rise whereas false claims about the economy of the country were being forged. He added the flawed policies of the rulers made the nation slave of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), deploring atomic Pakistan was being presented as a beggar at the global level.
