LG polls to be held tomorrow in Mirpur Division’s three districts including Mirpur, Kotli, Bimber

MIRPUR, Dec 07 (SABAH): In the third phase of the local government elections, polling will be held in Mirpur Division’s three districts including Mirpur, Kotli and Bimber tomorrow (Thursday).

Public holiday will also be observed in Mirpur Division’s on this day.

Police, Punjab Rangers and Frontier Constabulary’s 4,200 personnel will also be deployed to thwart any law and order situation.

According to notice issued by interior department of the government of Pakistan, 1,200 personnel of Pakistan Rangers while 3,000 personnel of Frontier Constabulary will be deployed.  It is worth mentioning here that districts Bhimber, Kotli and Mirpur are part of Mirpur Division.
