Late Qazi Hussain Ahmed was the great Quaid & Mentor of Tehreek-e-Islami: Syed Salahuddin Ahmed

MUZAFFARABAD, Jan 06 (SABAH): Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and United Jihad Council Chairman Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has said that late Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Qazi Hussain Ahmed was the great Quaid and mentor of Tehreek-e-Islami, adding that vacuum created in the result of his death has not been filled till now.

This was stated by Syed Salahuddin Ahmed while addressing the special meeting of the Hizb Command Council on Saturday. He said that Qazi Hussain Ahmed died on 5th January 2013 and history witnessed that the vacuum created in result of his dead could not be filled till now. He said that Qazi Hussain Ahmed was not only the great quaid but he was the staunch supporter of the freedom loving people of the occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said that tough phases and times came in the way of the Tehreek but due to the leadership and farsightedness of Qazi Hussain Ahmed, the Tehreek and its leadership came out victorious. He said that it was quality of late Qazi Hussain Ahmed that all the Islamic movements of the world had given him the status of teacher and mentor.

Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that Qazi Hussain Ahmed along with being the Emir JI, he was also the seasoned politician and his actions in Pakistani politics will be remembered for a long time. He said that the people like him born after centuries.

Syed Salahuddin Ahmed prayed for higher ranks in jannah for late Qazi Hussain Ahmed. Syed Salahuddin Ahmed also expressed condolences with General Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Abdul Wassey over the death of his father Maulana Abdul Bar and Hizb leader from KP Farhatullah over his mother’s death. Syed Salahuddin Ahmed prayed higher status in heaven for the departed souls and courage for the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
