Landslide kills 2 coal miners in Balochistan

CHAMALANG, Jan 01 (SABAH): A landslide has killed 2 coal miners in Balochistan’s Dukki district on Saturday.

Levies sources said the incident happened in the Chamalang area of the Dukki district. The coal miners were working deep inside the coal mine when a landslide hit them.

Both coal miners were dead on the spot. Local miners working in nearby mines and rescue workers retrieved the dead bodies from the mine and shifted them to district headquarters hospital Dukki.

Levies informed that the dead miners were identified as Ghulam Qadir and Shadi Khan.
