Land grabbing by Indian forces in IIOJ&K is heinous crime against humanity: IDDDS
MUZAFFARABAD, June 20 (SABAH): Institute of Dialogue Development and Diplomatic Studies (IDDDS) organized a Roundtable moot titled,” How Indian establishment uses land grabbing as a tool of terrorization in illegally Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir” at JAP Park Jalalabad Muzaffrabad Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The objective of the Moot was to bring an awareness in coming generation of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and promote the Kashmir cause national and Internationally Indian modus-operandi in post 5th August 2019 is linear and consistent to build pressure while using the hard power to silence the voice. The land theft had created the havoc because now it is evident that Indian might is more lethal to add salt to injury. The barbaric Indian occupational authorities have shifted their gears very immensely towards their ultimate goal of demographically changing the state of Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir by snatching their Mother-land.
The resilient Youth of AJK were briefed on the research conducted by the institute which included factual data about the lands grabbing occupying authorities have done so far and are precisely planning to do in future. The occupying authorities have already nominated178,005.213 acres of land in the Kashmir region and 25,159.56 acres in Jammu which are originally and legally are owned by the residents of IIOJK under the Big Landed Estate Abolition Act (Agrarian Reforms Act), JK State Land Vesting of Ownership Act 2001, JK Evacuees (Administration) of Property Act, Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Act 1980, Jammu and Kashmir Common Lands (Regulation) Act 1956, and various other orders passed by the former State government in favor of landless peasants.
The moot was attended by the Director IDDDS Dr. Sheikh Waleed Rasool and some other key note speakers , the main objective of organizing this moot was to engage the enthusiastic youth of AJK to bring awareness among them how Indian forces grab the land of Kashmiris being, how occupational authorities behave in Indian occupied territory Besides keeping Kashmir dispute live giving the gist of difference between occupation and Aazadi of Azad Jammu & Kashmir to remind that their role is paramount when IIOJK bleeds.
