Kashmiri Americans to protest at Times Square, NY on August 4, 2024: Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai
WASHINGTON, July 25 (SABAH): The abrogation of article 370 and 35 A was an act of ultimate aggression and assault on the rights of the people of the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Such attempts are in open contravention of UN resolution #90 of 1951, #122 adopted on January 24, 1957; # 123 adopted on February 21, 1957, and # 126 adopted on December 2, 1957, which prohibit any unilateral action to change the disputed nature of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. Because of illegal and unilateral actions taken by Modi Administration, Kashmir is at the brink of genocide. (Genocide Watch).
